This Social Commerce & Creator Collaboration Policy applies to SarchBazar, accessible at www.sarchbazar.com, and explains the rules, responsibilities and usage standards for social commerce, creator-led promotion, influencer collaboration, affiliate-style promotion, product sharing, vendor collaboration and the use of the exclusive Talkfever Social Network for product discovery, customer engagement and business growth.

By using SarchBazar's social commerce features or participating in creator collaboration through Talkfever, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
SarchBazar enables vendors, sellers, founders, creators, influencers, media professionals, communities and users to use the Talkfever social network for product discovery, social selling, brand promotion, creator collaboration, community commerce and business growth.
This Policy ensures responsible promotion, transparent collaborations, honest product information, proper disclosure of paid collaborations, accurate product claims, and trust-based social commerce growth.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to SarchBazar vendors and sellers, digital shop owners, Founder First participants, creators and influencers, Talkfever users, page and group owners, community managers, affiliates and promoters, advertisers and brands, media partners, buyers and customers, and agencies managing social commerce campaigns.
3. Use of Talkfever Social Network
SarchBazar may allow approved vendors, creators and business users to use Talkfever for product sharing, brand storytelling, vendor promotion, social commerce campaigns, creator-led promotion, community-based discovery, live promotion, referral campaigns and customer engagement.
Access may be free, paid, invite-based or approval-based depending on the program or campaign type.
4. Social Commerce Model
The model may include product sharing through posts and feeds, creator-led promotion through videos and reviews, community commerce through pages and groups, vendor-creator collaboration, and Social Commerce Pro / Business Growth Tools.
5. Eligibility
Participation may require valid user account, vendor/seller registration, creator profile approval, accurate identity details, business verification where required, acceptance of applicable terms, and payment of applicable charges where applicable.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using social commerce agree to list only genuine and lawful products, keep details accurate, provide correct pricing, honour confirmed orders, avoid misleading claims, ensure legal compliance, not use Talkfever for spam, cooperate with creators honestly, and resolve customer issues responsibly.
7. Creator Responsibilities
Creators agree to promote only approved products, share honest opinions, clearly disclose paid/sponsored collaborations, avoid false claims, not use fake followers or bots, not misrepresent vendor offers, not promote prohibited products, respect privacy, follow advertising guidelines, and maintain professional conduct.
8. Disclosure of Paid or Sponsored Collaboration
Disclosure is required when content is paid promotion, sponsored post, barter collaboration, gifted product promotion, commission-based promotion, affiliate promotion, brand partnership or incentivized review.

9. Product Claims and Promotional Accuracy
All product claims must be accurate, supportable and not misleading. Vendors and creators must not make false claims regarding quality, price, availability, delivery, warranty, health benefits, earning potential, certification or "guaranteed" outcomes unless legally supported.
10. Prohibited Social Commerce Activity
Users must not engage in fake promotion, fake reviews, fake orders, fake discounts, spam, bot traffic, manipulated engagement, unauthorized endorsements, promotion of counterfeit goods, misleading income claims, phishing, fraud, harassment or any conduct harming platform trust.
Violation may result in content removal, campaign suspension, account restriction, payment hold or legal action.
11. Use of Pages, Groups and Communities
Social commerce in Talkfever communities must be responsible, non-spam, with proper disclosure. Prohibited products must not be promoted. Complaints must be handled responsibly.
12. Affiliate, Referral and Commission-Based Promotion
Where affiliate programs are available, eligibility may be approval-based. Commission applies only to valid, verified and non-cancelled transactions. Fake orders, self-orders or fraudulent referrals may be disqualified. SarchBazar may modify or discontinue programs at any time.
13. Creator Payment and Settlement
Creator payments may be handled through vendor-direct payment, SarchBazar-managed campaign payment, fixed fee, product barter, commission-based or performance-based payout. Payment terms must be agreed before campaign activation.
14. Customer Protection
Customers should buy only through official SarchBazar links, verify product details, check seller details and return eligibility, avoid payments outside approved channels, and report suspicious offers through official support channels.
15. Content Ownership and Usage Rights
Creators retain ownership of original content but grant SarchBazar, Talkfever and the relevant vendor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, repost and promote such content for campaign and marketplace purposes.
16. Brand and Platform Usage
Users must not misuse SarchBazar or Talkfever logos, create fake partnership claims, claim official endorsement without approval, or present themselves as employees or official representatives unless authorized.
17. Data Privacy
Customer data must not be sold, shared without authorization, used for spam, stored unnecessarily, or used outside approved purposes. All communication must be lawful, respectful and related to the relevant order or campaign.
18. No Guarantee of Sales or Income
Participation does not guarantee sales, profit, orders, leads, reach, followers, engagement, income, business growth or long-term collaboration. Results depend on product quality, pricing, creator influence, market demand and content quality.
19. Enforcement
Violation may result in warning, content removal, campaign pause, product delisting, account restriction, creator suspension, vendor suspension, commission cancellation, payment hold, removal from programs or legal action.
20. Changes to This Policy
SarchBazar may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Policy.
